Oasis Cafe | It’s Not Just for Brunch

Oasis cafe is has been one of my brunch staples for years. In fact, the Huevos Rancheros is probably my absolutely favorite in the city; it is divine. However, recently, myself and several other local food bloggers were invited to check out Oasis Cafe for a different reason: DINNER. I have to admit – even in the years that I have been a frequent Oasis customer, I have only ever dined for dinner one time. But, that is changing – Oasis Cafe is doing dinner right with a new affordable, three-course, prix fixe menu, great tasting dishes, and unique flavors.

Executive Chef Jared Young, along with Chef de Cuisine Efren Benitez, bring an authentic, classic cooking style to Oasis Cafe. The dinner menu is filled with light and quality ingredients and they work closely with local sustainable and organic farmers and ranchers to ensure an exceptional dining experience. Every month, a three-course special changes weekly for just $25. Last week, I was able to try some of these menu items. I thought I would let some of these photos speak for themselves, because the food was a good as it looks. I will say, the table favorite seemed to be the amazingly creamy risotto. It was outstanding!
