Kyoto Japanese Restaurant Releases New Ramen Lunch Menu

Kyoto, one of my favorite Salt Lake City spots has
just released a brand new Ramen menu!

Peggi Ince-Whiting has added Soba and Ramen selections to her lunch menu of traditional Japanese favorites. And the best part? You can find each of these new items for only $9!

Recently, I was able to sit down with some of my favorite local foodies to chat with Peggi about her new menu and try each dish, along with a suggested wine, sake, or beer pairing.

My favorite of the new dishes was the Tonkotsu Ramen. The pork was wonderful, and this ramen was rich and silky. Also, the Angeline Pinot Noir that was paired with this ramen was one of the best I have had in the recent past. The Hiyashi cold ramen was also wonderful — great for a picnic or to take along to your next outdoor concert.

Check out what’s available and make sure to get there soon for lunch!
