Moving Pictures

I have felt a
charge in every
movement since
I first held a pencil.
I am in the process
of everything.
I want to become
a movie, nonfiction,
a documentary,
of living.

I am failing language.
Pushing electric
over dead sentences.
At times, it is too much.
I become too much,
in small ways–
a million
tiny stories.

I am hinged
on the words
of everything
and the meaning
of every placed
punctuation.

I am begging for it.
