If you haven’t noticed, I have gone down the cocktail rabbit hole – and it has been amazing so far. When I started focusing more on craft cocktails, things really started getting busy for me – and I haven’t met one single person in the craft cocktail world that I haven’t liked. From all of the local industry experts and artisan creators, it is a community that has welcomed me in, taught me a lot, and gotten me happily buzzed.

With that, I am happy to announce a new series here on Heartbeat Nosh:
Salt Lake City Sidecar Craft Cocktails About Town.

This series will be photo-based and will introduce you to some of my favorite cocktails around town, as well as some of the bartenders who create them. It is my pleasure to get to know these folks and drink their libations, and I want everyone to know about these talented friends and what they are doing. Not to mention, a cocktail or two that you should seek out in this lovely city.

I love Salt Lake — it is offering up the best of the best these days. My goal?
To help you navigate your way to the best cocktails in town.
