I am an early riser — but that doesn’t mean I don’t still want a Bloody Mary with my brunch (err, breakfast?) at 10 am. Waiting until 11:30 (thanks Utah!) seems silly sometimes.
Enter Zest Kitchen and Bar.
Ginger Spice Cocktail
You all know I love Zest and what they are doing — and Zest has one of the best cocktail programs out there, and it also stays true to its core restaurant values. Everything that comes out of its bar is created with fresh pressed juices and high-quality ingredients (local whenever possible!). But, as much as I love the cocktails — I also really dig Zest’s healthy and wonderfully satisfying food.
Brussel Sprouts
Zest has recently opened its doors for Sunday Brunch, starting at 10 a.m. The menu offers up a ton of savory options, as well as offerings from the regular lunch menu. This last weekend, I gathered a bunch of my favorite writer/foodie friends to check out what Zest was dishing up for Sunday Brunch, and to see if the 10 AM Cocktail was legit (it was).

Here are just a few items we were able to taste, and some of the beautiful cocktails that started the day off right! I know that this Sunday you are going to wake up to some beautiful sunshine and want to get out and enjoy a healthy meal. Put Zest on your list — because when cocktails are created with green fresh pressed juice, the healthy always overrides the champagne. #BecauseVitamins!
