Faustina Has a New Chef and Menu! Small Plates Abound!

Faustina, has a new menu with a new direction!

Faustina welcomes Chef Joe Kemp and his new menu, which focuses on small plates. I know we all love small plates because they are great for sharing, for small or large meals, for large groups, or for an intimate date. You also get to taste so much more to get a well-rounded idea of the many flavors Faustina has to offer. Faustina’s small plates will run from $6 – $12. Faustina will also be featuring new entrée items, as well as old favorites.

Scallop Ause Bouche

Highlights of this newly-styled small plates menu include: bacon wrapped dates with almond, sweet soy and balsamic drizzle and goat cheese; filet two ways (Oscar and au poivre); a delicate beet carpaccio with Gorgonzola, orange segments and young arugula; lump crab cakes with sweet potato hash and avocado cream. New entree-sized plates will include a pappardelle alla Salsiccia with linguisa sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes and three cheeses; and a delicate seafood scampi with angel hair pasta, white wine lemon sauce, basil, shrimp, crab and plump scallops.

There will also be new wine pairings to accompany these fun dishes.
