Faustina’s New Chef, Joe Kemp, Brings Big Flavor with Small Plates | Salt Lake City


Faustina is arguably one of my favorite downtown restaurants, and with its new Chef, Joe Kemp, my adoration has expounded further. This last week, I was able to join some of my favorite Utah Food Bloggers for a tasting of some of Chef Kemp’s new small plates. Not only were they each tasty bites, they were beautiful and unique – accompanied by a fantastic staff ready and willing to make your experience great.

Chef de Cuisine Joe Kemp is using the finest ingredients available, which are also organic, local, and sustainable whenever possible. You can tell he truly has a passion for the quality of his food, as well as the look and presentation. The vibrant flavors of these dishes were memorable, and I encourage you all to take some time to enjoy Faustina’s awesome patio and delicious food this summer!
