The holiday season is one of the best times to get away;
and, might I suggest Deer Valley and the beautiful Goldener Hirsch Inn?
More specifically, for its amazing Aprés Ski?
Today, I am bringing you three cocktails from bartender Guy Morneault, at the Goldener Hirsch Inn.
In-Pear d’Fizzin

Garnish with a beautiful ribbon of pear.

We had such a lovely time chatting with the wonderful bartenders at the Goldener Hirsch. They were knowledgeable and willing to share and talk cocktails, which I always appreciate. Guy was passionate about his flavor profiles and making sure that the best ingredients were used wherever possible. And, the aprés ski food bites were also fantastic. Make sure to try the housemade pretzel – it is warm, buttery perfection!
