St. Mary’s Rosary, Featuring VIDA Tequila | SLC Sidecar

I am excited to bring you this SLC Sidecar post in conjunction with the wonderful VIDA TEQUILA!

Jacob Sanders is a bartender extraordinaire at FINCA and has created this
beautiful cocktail with VIDA Tequila in mind.

I think it is about time we all head over the have him mix us one up!

St. Mary’s Rosary – by Jacob Sanders

1.5 oz VIDA TEQUILA
.75 oz Tio Pepe Fino Sherry
5 oz Yellow Chartreuse
25 oz Rosemary Syrup
1 dash Celery Bitters

Stir and serve up with a fresh sprig of rosemary or orange for garnish.

Have a mentioned how much I love Yellow Chartreuse?
I can only imagine it mixed with my favorite VIDA tequila…oh, and celery bitters.

Also a favorite.

This cocktail has a lot going on that I love.

Time to get to FINCA for a VIDA craft cocktail, not soon to be forgotten.
